DC Web Women works with area career- and technology-related expos. This partnership usually takes the form of a donated booth at the expo, staffed by DCWW volunteers, and promotion of the expo to our membership. These expos give our members an opportunity to network and advertise their services and give us the chance to expand our membership and promote women in new media.

Past DCWW booth partners have included Westlake Internet Training for free class giveaways, Sharon Greenspan of Wild Success, offering spot coaching, and OfficeMax Commercial Solutions.

Why Get Involved?

FOSE has generously given us a display space at their 3-day exposition.

We need volunteers at our display from 9:45am - 4:00pm on Tuesday, April 1, Wednesday, April 2, and Thursday, April 3. Volunteers attend FOSE at no charge.

What do volunteers do? You will be at our display with several other DCWW members and tell FOSE attendees about DC Web Women. The most frequent question is “What do you mean no dues?” This is a wonderful time for networking and enjoying yourself with other DCWW members.
