• Directs overall programming, including themed series, networking and social events
• Develops ideas for special events (Job fairs, conferences, joint events with other groups)
• Recruits, motivates and rewards volunteers
• Coordinates with Membership committee in scheduling events
• Schedules regular meetings including site and speaker selection
• Nurtures relationships w/site providers and speakers
• Researches new venues and speakers
• Creates back up plans for meetings
• Keeps web diva informed of meeting schedule (90 days out)

This is a Steering Committee voting role.
