• Attends all Executive Board and Steering Committee meetings and keeps minutes for both
• Distributes minutes to both in a timely fashion
• Serves as parliamentarian of Executive Board and Steering Committee
• Maintains all non-financial records including incorporation paperwork
• Calls attention to absences
• Handles correspondence as needed
• Serves as historian

This is both an Executive Board and a Steering Committee voting role.
