DC Web Women is a not-for-profit organization that supports and advocates for women and girls by helping them develop and advance their technical and career skills through events, activities, education, and networking. Since 1995, DCWW has worked to support women at all levels of their careers in the Washington, D.C., metro-area.

When you join DCWW, you will be able to connect with over 3,000 women and men in technology who are based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. You’ll be privy to seminars led by industry professionals, networking events, technology and career related discussions, incredibly useful resources and real-world advice from web professionals just like you.
Become a Volunteer
When you volunteer for DCWW, you take a direct role in the development and growth of the organization.
Members can volunteer on committees that focus on events, seminars, workshops, outreach, exhibits, technology, communications, career development, and more–you can help by organizing behind the scenes or you can assume a leadership post as a committee director.
